Description
This RFI is for NSIGN Client Support Framework - Lot 4 (Challenge/Disruptor)
The Authority's intention is to award the contract by 4th Quarter of 2023 (calendar year).
The Naval Support Integrated Global Network (NSIGN) programme is the successor to the Future Maritime Support Programme (FMSP). The NSIGN Client Support Framework will provide access to Suitably Qualified and Experienced Personnel (SQEP) with the required expert skills and industrial knowledge to undertake tasks in support of the Programme.
The Authority is seeking people/organisations with proven expertise and experience as a challenge/disruptor function. A capable provider will challenge the status quo, bring new thinking, drive innovation and positive change across a complex programme. The Authority requires industry support to challenge day-to-day processes, ways of working and the NSIGN Programme vision and objectives. This includes the provision of innovative ideas to increase efficiency, value for money and improvements to output based on best practice within the commercial ship support sector.
This Challenge/Disruptor will promote and provide original thinking to help develop optimum and enduring support solutions across the NSIGN programme.
