Description

ENGIE Services Ltd on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking a suitably qualified Contractor to support the safeguarding and essential repairs of West Haven Maltings, Grimsby, a grade II listed building.

The building is in need of intervention to repair and make safe to allow a condition survey to be completed to inform on potential further works which may be required to bring the property back into use. .The main Haven Mill is intact, huge sections of nearby buildings have fallen victim to repeated arson attacks and lay derelict. The complex is overall in a poor condition with damage to the roof, deteriorating external timber and broken windows.
