Description

Camden CCG will be vacating its current Headquarters location (Stephenson House, 75 Hampstead Road) by no later than 11th October 2018 (at the point of lease expiry).
The CCG is in a good position to prepare for the move - with staff now working in an 'agile' way via laptop working and personal paper / equipment storage being limited to a small lockers per person.
New premises is currently being secured and the CCG will require some specialist capacity to project manage the delivery of move. The new premises will accommodate circa 125 desks (7:10 desk / person ratio) and include a small number of meeting rooms.

In addition to this the following work package will be required:
The five North London CCGs (Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington) are currently progressing an 'in-housing' transfer of a package of contracting support services from the current external provider. The transfer is planned to take place by the mid-point of 2018 and is likely to include around 100 members of staff who work across multiple sites in North Central London.
In particular capacity will be required to:
• Use information on current working locations of staff members affected by the transfer and ensure the CCGs will be able to suitably host the related accommodation requirements post transfer;
• Use the information on current IT requirements (hardware and network access) of staff members affected and ensure a seamless transfer that enables the staff to have fully operational IT equipment and network access under the direct employment of the CCGs;
• Assess and manage the Information Governance requirements of the transfer - including any issues in relation to system access and data transfers / data sharing.
