Description

Birmingham City Council (The Council) requires a supplier for the provision of parking permits and enforcement of such permits at Civic Close, Ladywood, Birmingham. Civic Close is an estate situated in the heart of Ladywood in close proximity and walking distance to the NIA, ICC, Broad Street and City Centre. It consists of a mixture of high- rise blocks and low-rise flats, of mixed tenure and hosts an award winning residents community garden tended to by an active group of residents from the estate.

The contract will include the provision of permits for issue to residents, visitors and staff as well as enforcement by way of notices issued against vehicles parked without displaying a permit. The contractor will be required to have a customer service function for residents and in relation to enforcement notices issued and will be a required liaison point for Ladywood Housing Team, Birmingham City Council who manage the estate.

This contract will be for a period of 1 years commencing 1st March 2016, with the option to extend for a further one year.
