Description

NHS England is looking for a service supplier(s) between September and March 2020 that can work alongside and support the national programme to deliver the following:

1) Identify and co-design the optimum model of care and national vision for specialist neurology across a defined footprint. This should include case studies and examples of good practice.
2) Produce a compelling case for change and future state document
Stakeholder relationships

The supplier will support the programme in maintaining and managing relationships with stakeholders, where applicable, maintaining support of the clinical community; and to develop any communication that can be used to engage external audiences who are not directly involved in the project, working with and aligning to NHS England's governance or sign-off processes, where required.

The supplier will work within the governance requirements of the programme, presenting where necessary to any governance or advisory groups. It is expected that the supplier will work to operate as 'one team' alongside NHS England's national specialised commissioning team, ensuring that all proposed methodology or actions, and outputs, have commissioning input and internal sign-off where required.

A project management approach will be required to ensure the project delivers to cost and time, a high-quality output that has clinical input and agreement on the basis of which NHS England will be able to implement the model using appropriately validated tools that are fit for purpose. Proposals should include resources required to deliver, delivery timetable, progress reporting and clinical input amongst other elements
