Description

Tenders are invited from interested parties for inclusion in a Framework Agreement for the Business Bridge Experts Panel. This project will support businesses interested in the Medical Technologies (MedTech) and Healthcare market by providing them with access to market-specific expertise. Business Bridge will support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire.

The Framework Agreement is divided into six lots covering specific areas of expertise detailed below:
Lot 1: Provision of advice on how to become an NHS supplier.
Lot 2: Provision of advice on regulatory frameworks for the MedTech / Healthcare market.
Lot 3: Design and manufacture of MedTech / Healthcare products.
Lot 4: Market-specific business insight.
Lot 5: Digital & Videography Services.
Lot 6: Digital & Information Services.
Each lot will be evaluated on a lot by lot basis.
The University envisage appointing up to four Service Providers in each lot although the University reserves the right to vary this number. Tenderers can bid for one or more lots. Further information on each of the lots is given in the Tender Specification in Section 2 of the invitation to tender (ITT).

Whilst the Framework Agreement has an estimated budget of £120,000.00 no guarantee is given as to the levels of expenditure under the framework and within each lot.
The current Business Bridge project has proved to be very successful and Keele University has applied for funding to continue Business Bridge, up until 30th June 2023.
