Description

North Wales Police require advice with regard to the negotiation of any Performance Planning Agreement, Section 106 agreement, Community Impact Levy or any other legislative tool which may be required to ensure that any additional policing costs associated with the Consultation, Planning, Construction and ongoing Operation of the new nuclear power plant and associated developments are provided for.

North Wales Police expects the successful tenderer to liaise with the appropriate Council and with the developer, to advise upon the planning process in connection with the Proposed Development Site, the timings by which the Section 106 agreements (or any other legislative tool) need to be negotiated and to progress and negotiate on behalf of North Wales Police the section 106 agreements including attendance at and representing North Wales Police at any required meetings.

The contract period shall be two years from inception of the contract with an option to extend of up to two years to be agreed at annual intervals.
