Description

Merseyside Police has an establishment of approximately 65 - 70 working dogs that comprise of General Purpose Dogs (GP) and Specialist Search Dogs. The breeds used are generally German Shepherd Dogs, Belgian Malinois, Spaniels, Labradors, and crosses of these breeds, there are also puppies of the same breeds that are developed through Merseyside Police's Puppy Breeding Programme. This contract is to provide Veterinary Services to the dogs across the Merseyside area.
