Description

The Trust is looking for a Supplier to carry out Refurbishment works at Chaucer Resource Centre (SE16 2TH) - this is in order to provide additional work space. The works include but are not limited to:
- Refurbishment of cellular offices to provide flexible hot desk spaces, provision of new benching, power and data points, upgraded lighting, new radiators, new flooring and new blinds
- New vinyl flooring
- Overhaul of fire doors and toilet facilities
- Fire alam remedial works
