Description
Following a period of consultation resulting in the development of a strategy for the Wandle Valley Regional Park Trust and a successful bid to the Heritage Lottery Funds Resilient Heritage Program, the Trust wish to procure the services of a multi disciplinary consultancy/ consortium team to support the Trust in its business development and growth.
This will involve business planning, governance reviews and implementation, developing finance and funding models, sub regional spatial planning and implementation framework plans for the delivery of green infrastructure, stakeholder and wider community engagement and participation in a Pan London learning program.
Multidisciplinary team competencies:
The Trust wish to recruit a multi-disciplinary team who has clear understanding and demonstrable experience of:
• Strategic planning on a sub-regional landscape scale
• Experience of working on HLF projects and understanding of heritage and social value of landscape scale
• Working with diverse local communities and stakeholders
• A clear understanding of the current political and financial constraints and opportunities for delivering a Green Infrastructure framework
• Understanding of working with the Third Sector
• Development of partnerships and governance structures for a non-statutory sub regional partnership
• Business planning and delivery planning that enhances, explores and creates a setting for innovation and entrepreneurship
• Development of governance structures that can offer a new way of working on a strategic landscape scale
• Development of shared outcomes evaluation and the necessity to value social impact of GI
• Recognition that this project will form a Pan London learning component that will share its findings with a wider audience
