1.7 The Authority seeks a Contractor to provide a comprehensive service for Secure document storage and retrieval. The key objectives are:
a. A secure service to meet the requirements of IG Toolkit
b. Daily uplift and delivery facilities to all sites
c. Permanent on line access to data records
d. Proactive Records Management
e. Supporting the Trust through a process of transfer to electronic records Management.
f. Delivering Innovation throughout the life of the Contract.
g. Delivering ongoing cost management to reduce costs throughout the life of the Contract.
h. To hold ISO9001:2008 accreditation
