Description

Description of Service
Via East Midlands Ltd is seeking to appoint Sub-Contractors from suitably experienced and accredited organisations for a Sub-Contractor Framework. The intention is for Via to establish a partnering relationship to ensure that all parties work and act in a spirit of mutual trust, co-operation and collaboration.
The aim of the Sub-Contractor Framework is for Contractors to work in partnership with Via to deliver a number of specified requirements on a planned and an ad-hoc basis; namely where internal resource is unavailable to undertake works.
The successful Contractors will provide one or more of the services as specified in table below throughout the county of Nottinghamshire.

Location
The Location of the works for the Sub-Contractor Framework will be mainly based in the County of Nottinghamshire and potentially surrounding counties.

Project Duration
The Approved Framework will be established for the period 01st March 2022 to 28th February 2024 with options to extend in annual increments to 28th February 2026.

Outline of the requirements
The Sub-Contractor Framework is to be divided into 12 Lots and has 14 Sub-lots. The maximum number of Contractors awarded to each lot will be capped at either 6 or 12, the maximum is six for lot numbers 1,2,3,4,5,7,8,9,10,11,12 and 12 Contractors for Lot 6 (the Rights of Way Multi-Lots). Tenderers may offer to supply services to one or more lots.
