Description
Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council is looking to establish a Contract for the design, supply and installation of new / upgraded BMS systems. The new systems will replace existing systems in up to nine council operated properties.
Tenderers will agree to supply and install the systems to the individual properties. The installations program for each property will be agreed once the contract is let.
