Description
Within the portal, our customers can access items relating to their tenancy - such as previous transactions, overall balance, repair history and finding out who their housing officer is. In addition to this, customers are able to log repairs, update their profile details and enquire about specific topics, such as changing their name, improving their home and terminating a garage tenancy.
