Rooftop Housing Association Limited have awarded a call-off contract to Faithorn Farrell Timms LLP to undertake the entire procurement for an all-inclusive asset management contract incorporating, but not exclusive to, responsive repairs, void refurbishment services, damp & mould, electrical and gas services, asbestos management (removals / encapsulation), aids & adaptations and planned maintenance works, from inception to the award of the contract and to cover the preparation of all documentation and regulatory requirements under PA23, including Section 20 consultation.
