Description

This is a contract award notice notifying the market of the successful conclusion of phase 4 of the AQP for the provision of Continuing Healthcare in Care Homes with Nursing.

This AQP process was undertaken by the London Purchased Healthcare (LPHC) team on behalf of the following NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), the Contracting Authorities:

Barking & Dagenham, City & Hackney, Havering, Newham, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham, Southwark, Croydon, Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Sutton, Wandsworth, Camden, Islington and Barnet CCGs.

The phase 4 AQP procurement resulted in contracts being awarded to the following providers:
