Description

Southampton City Council ('SCC') is looking to introduce a modern, customer friendly, alternative payment option at Itchen Bridge Toll ('toll').

SCC are inviting tenders for the supply, installation and maintenance of a contactless payment solution and associated services including card payment processing for the toll charge. The solution should integrate with the existing infrastructure and maintain existing service levels. The existing solution will allow the toll barrier to raise within four seconds of receiving full payment.
