Description

NWL CCG, requires locally based Peer Support services in West London for those with mental health needs, learning disabilities and dementia.

Key services required include:
-Social Peer Support- Providing a monthly programme of facilitated meet ups taking place during the day, evenings and weekend.
-Co-facilitated workshops helping people to manage their emotional and physical wellbeing.
-Peer Support Groups - facilitated peer support groups allow participants a way to give and receive mutual support to help manage life stresses.
-One to one peer support- 1:1 sessions with a peer worker, talk through emotional challenges and share coping suggestions.
-Peer support training- a regular training programme providing the opportunity to help people develop the skills and competencies required to become a peer support worker
-Employment support - finding and retaining employment
-Navigation, Wellbeing & Management Services to provide practical support with housing, benefits, social support, sign posting as well as short term case management

The following contracts are currently in place:
-Kensington & Chelsea MIND: Community Living Well (CLW) - Peer Support Services. 1st April 2020 - 31st March 2022 (£238,955 pa)
-St Mary Abbott's Rehabilitation & Training (SMART): CLW - Employment Service. 1st April 2019 - 31st March 2022 (£215,922 pa)
-St Mary Abbott's Rehabilitation & Training (SMART): CLW - Navigation and Wellbeing Management Service. 1st April 2019 - 31st March 2022 (£218,400 pa)

Going forward, the above services are to be integrated through another pathway with the new model of mental health community services.

During 2022, it is anticipated that NWL CCG will be succeeded by an Integrated Care Board (ICB). Any future contract and/or procurement opportunity may therefore be in the name of the ICB.
