Description

Resurface of Tarmac Hardstanding and Renewal of road markings around the depot.
We advise a site visit takes place to ensure accurate quotes are provided.
Thus, we welcome a site visit if required, plenty of flexibility around the availability. Site access times: Mon - Fri 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Upon completion of works leave site, clean and tidy ensure all repairs are in working order.

Works needs to be carried out preferably on a weekend as site requires regular access during the weekdays.

Prior to any works commencing the Principal Contractor will provide a Construction Phase Plan (CPP) in writing, to be checked and approved by the Principal Designer at least 10 days prior to proposed construction works starting. Site specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), which consider tsk risks and site related risks, including those identified by the DEFRA Client and the Principal designer.
All work carried out by the contractor should comply with the DEFRA approved code of practice with regards to health, safety, and wellbeing. Site Manager to have SMSTS accreditation (or equivalent) and site supervisors to have SSSTS accreditation.
