Description

Elmbridge Borough Council (EBC) is tendering for the management service of the EBC Sports Hub. The successful Leisure Operator will be expected to work with the Council in delivering its aims for the successful management of this sporting facility, which includes:
o Minimum revenue impact to the Council
o Clubs ability to grow and develop
o Commercially attractive to operator
o Incentivise all parties to maximise use & share in any profit
The contract will run for 4 years from 2017 to August 2021.
