Description

This Invitation to Tender is for the provision of a Supported Employment service for Slough. The service commissioned will be funded by Slough Borough Council.

The service specification describes the outcomes we want to achieve, how they should be delivered, and how we will monitor performance. The specification will form a part of any contract/s or agreement/s that will be drawn up with those who are to provide the service/s.

Every attempt has been made to restrict the size of the specification, to focus on organisational capabilities and required customer outcomes rather than long lists of detailed requirements. Potential providers will need to adhere to the Care Act 2014. The attached service specification is part of a suite of documents and should be read in conjunction with the Council's Terms and Conditions of Contract for the Supply of Services and/or Goods.
