Description

The UKHSA is seeking to procure a Risk Management Software solution to support enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting. The solution should enable integration with existing governance frameworks, provide configurable dashboards, and support automated workflows for risk escalation and audit trails.
