Description

The scope of this call-off is to support the DVLA in transitioning to its new service operating model, away from its key legacy service delivery contracts. Furthermore the delivery capability will support the DVLA manage and deliver a roadmap of changes to the existing estate for both service improvement, modernisation of its IT estate and new digital capability.
• The service will need to work within and comply to the DVLA project and programme governance model, including risk management, financial management and reporting
• The service will need to provide the delivery capability using different delivery methodologies including the Scrum Agile and Prince2.
• To work within the existing supplier landscape specifically to provide a Programme Delivery service within both IT service delivery and development projects.
• To provide business analysis or other roles required during a project's delivery lifecycle.
