Description
The Homes England Transactions and Portfolio Management teams require the services of an Independent Monitoring Surveying Firm to provide project cost and monitoring services to support the successful delivery of the Fairham Pastures Scheme. Fairham Pastures ("The Scheme") is a highly ambitious project of 588 acres which will create 3,000 new homes, 100,000sqm of employment space a, 2,500 sqm of retail development along with a primary school, healthcare facility, community hub, sports field and significant green and public open space provision.
The Scheme will be developed by the borrower in collaboration with Homes England (acting in a separate capacity as developer and equity partner), under this agreement the borrower will be funding a 57.49% of the costs. For this work we will require the costs of the whole scheme to be taken account of, with these then pro-rated based on the borrowers % share.
A portion of the funding will assist the Borrower to acquire 62 acres currently held by a third party to leave the site in the ownership of Homes England and the Borrower.
269 acres of serviced land will be available for grade development, providing 216 acres for residential development with the remaining 52 acres for commercial development. Revenues will be generated through the sales of the serviced land parcels.
