The value cost entered does not reflect the tendered amount. The successful bidder offered the following:

20% of the value of Parking Charge Notices to be paid to the Awarding Authority. Assuming a rate of 11000 Parking Charge Notices priced at £60 each over a maximum 10 year contract duration, this equates to a total of £132,000 to be paid to the Awarding Authority by the successful bidder. The actual figure will vary based on the number of Parking Charge Notices issued over the duration of the contract, but will still be based on 20% of the value of each Parking Charge Notice.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

This agreement will start on the date specified in the NEC3 Term Service Short Contract and will remain in force for 48 months. The contract may be extended for 3 further periods of 24 months at the sole discretion of the Client.
