Description

The Council's requirement under this contract is to appoint a main Contractor for the demolition and construction of the residential development project at Teviot Avenue, South Ockendon, RM15 4QJ with the benefit of outline planning consent Ref: 24/00111/FUL. The Section 106 Agreement is yet to be agreed. The consent is for 48 units, comprising a mix of 30 houses for affordable rent and 18 apartments for affordable rent.
