Description

This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU Article 74. Brent Council invite relevant providers to tender for the provision of a "Gateway to Support Services". The tender document describes the service to be commissioned, how it should be delivered, and how it will be monitored. It forms a part of any contract or agreement that is drawn up with those who are to provide the service. The Service Specification focuses on core service standards, detailed list of requirements, organisational capabilities and the expected outcomes for customers. The specification will require potential providers to be familiar with the principal legislation and statutory requirements relating to the provision of the following services;

2. Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy
3. Care Act Advocacy
4. Carers Support Service
