Our vision is to co-design, deliver and develop a reablement offer to people with mental health conditions and additionally to design and broaden the offer of accommodation to people who present with more complex needs and/or dual diagnosis. We envisage working with a committed and innovative partner who is keen to co-design this new delivery model that with the focus on intensive reablement to support people in their recovery journey.
