Description
The Business Growth Hub uses a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System in order to manage its client contact, recording all engagement, actions and activity with clients who are recipients of our ERDF funded business support services. The "Contract Module" is specifically designed to manage ERDF-funded projects which enable the Business Growth Hub to effectively manage its obligations under each funded contract.
At the operational level, service specific CRM functionality is required to facilitate delivery, assist with performance management and manage evolving funder contractual obligations. Examples of service specific functionality includes expanded data capture requirements for the delivery of start-up support to individuals and 'matching' functionality, associating a business mentor with a mentee
In order to meet the requirements of the (14-20) ERDF funded activity, the following developments are required for this system:
1. Add/update bespoke functionality to manage ERDF funded activity in line with the latest project developments and business landscape;
2. Create additional and update existing management information reports using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to reflect the evolving ERDF funding portfolio;
3. Importing historical contractual data from csv files in order to improve account management and contract management;
4. Implement bug fixes to the existing CRM system;
5. Propose and develop an end-user reporting solution to improve efficiency and enhance contract management.
The requirement of this tender is for a contract software developer to deliver the above features and work to be completed by February 2017
