Description

The successful applicant will be contracted to install a new TDSI or equivalent open protocol system access control system in the Torbay Council, Town Hall buildings. The work comprises of installing a new access control system utilising existing wiring where possible, and a combination of new Cat 5 wiring and/or the local IP network, utilising existing magnetic locks or installing new as required, interfaced with the fire alarm system. Maintenance The successful applicant will be contracted to provide a full maintenance and breakdown service facility for Intruder alarm, Access control and CCTV systems as per volume 3 maintenance specification and attached site service schedule.
