Description

In preparation for the imminent UK lockdown to stop the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, LCC purchased two Dell PowerEdge R740XD Servers (for BYOD) to ensure its employees could work from home and remotely to provide critical and front-line services.

This procurement was urgent due to the pandemic increasing the level of demand on Leicestershire County Council's ICT systems - therefore MDA Capacity upgrade was necessary.
