Description

The project includes the replacement of windows to three levels of the 2 West Building at the
University of Bath, Claverton Campus. Minor urgent remedial works have been undertaken over the
past 18 months and complete replacement is now required.
As the radiators to level 3 and level 1 are to be removed in order to replace the windows it has been
decided that these radiators and associated pipework will be replaced and brought up to current
standards. The works will also include areas of flooring and ceiling replacement, outlined further in
the tender document.
The project will require asbestos removals
