Description

We need to procure independent freelancers and freelancers via agencies to cover 2 x lots:

Lot 1: Subbing/Proofreading.

Essential they can work within our core working hours (e.g. 3 hours between 9am-5.30pm).

We would like 4 x suppliers for this lot due to our often short turnarounds to give us flexibility. A ratio of 3/1 Freelancer/Agency.

Lot 2: Content Writers & Producers w/Sitecore expertise

French & German language a bonus but not essential. Expertise in one of our business areas (FDI, leisure tourism, study, trade and growth, business tourism/conventions) also desirable. Essential they can work within our core working hours (i.e. 3 hours between 9am-5.30pm).

We would like 5 suppliers as we'd like more of a choice of who we can send work out to, ensuring quality and consistency for specialist content is continued. We would only like to procure independent Freelancers as they will need access and training on our systems and we do not feel agencies can provide consistent access to people we have trained. No agencies. We use Sitecore and will give access with a log in for Lot 2.

All candidates for Lot 1 & Lot 2 will need recent Microsoft Word and PowerPoint software, Adobe Acrobat, DropBox and an email account.

Those procured will work with an Account Manager and the wider Content team.

The chosen freelancers will be required to supply London & Partners with accurate and good quality content creation, subbing & uploading to Sitecore to a set deadline.

To apply:
1. Download the RFP document and read through all sections
2. Choose which lot you would like to apply for (or both)
3. Complete sections 7, 8 or 9 and section 10
3. Send completed RFP document to rpalmer@londonandpartners.com
