Description
The Authority is seeking to appoint one organisation to issue concessionary travel bus passes which includes senior citizens, eligible disabled persons and eligible companions. This service will include face to face and online access for applicants. The service is currently contract managed by the Council and ENGIE (Council Partner) and is currently delivered on behalf of the Authority by a private sector supplier.
