Description

4.1OS would like to conduct research to continue to track and explore brand advocacy and perceptions of OS amongst important customers (Commercial Organisations, Licensed Partners, and Government).
The findings from the research should help drive change within the organisation flagging up; potential future considerations, current areas for attention and strengths to maintain. The term of the contract will be for one year, with a possible 3 year extension.
