Description

Red Cross wishes to establish a Contract with a suitably experienced, qualified and resourced Supplier for the provision of Courier Services "the Services", the Services shall be required on an ad hoc basis throughout the Contract Duration.
The Services that are within the scope of this Contract include, but are not limited to:
* Courier service for mobility aids (wheelchairs and commodes) and associated goods;
* Option of the provision of suitable packaging for wheelchairs and commodes;
* Collection and delivery of wheelchairs and commodes;
* Proof of Delivery (Signed For); and
* Support services including manned help desk and account management.
The Contract shall be awarded for a duration of 24 months from the agreed Contract Start Date.
The Supplier shall be responsible for the courier requirements of the Mobility Aids functions within Red Cross detailed within this RFQ Document.
