Description

Cambridgeshire Community Services and Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust, require an Occupational Health & Employee Assitance Programme Service provider to deliver the services outlined in the below and include but be not limited to:
a) Ensure there are sufficient Occupational Health Professionals on duty to deliver the service on a day-to-day basis with the ability to respond to outbreaks in the form of occupational contact tracing.
b) Provide an advisory service to the various departments, managers, and members of staff within The Contracting Authorities.
c) Provide advice and guidance to The Contracting Authorities regarding medical and occupational health issues.
d) Establish employees and applicants' fitness and ability to perform the job within The Contracting Authorities.
e) Provide a prompt and effective referral service for employment health problems.
f) Provide assistance and support in the management of sickness absence.
g) Establish health surveillance programmes for those employees identified by their manager as being at risk of exposure to health hazards.
h) Provide relevant job-related training for the contracting authority members of staff.
i) Advise on the contracting authority Health & Wellbeing strategy and programme.
j) Discuss with relevant specialists to develop and maintain policies.
k) Provide advice on Ill Health Retirement, obtaining specialist reports where necessary
l) Attend relevant meetings where occupational health input is requested.
m) Provide an advisory service to students (Medical, AHPs, Nursing, on placement at The Contracting Authorities), following accident or injury in the workplace.

Shortlisting of Selection Questionnaire

Suppliers that 'Fail' for any of the Pass / Fail questions will be automatically excluded from the competition and should not complete a response to the Invitation to Tender.

The Contracting Authorities will aim to shortlist a maximum of 5 suppliers to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage of the procurement process based on the above criteria.
