Description
Nottingham Trent University's Brackenhurst Campus is located off the A612 on the outskirts of Southwell. The campus is being redeveloped; this scheme relates to the enabling package to the student residences development. The works area is located partly in an existing operational car park (Bramley) and adjacent to the existing student accommodation. The tenderer is to price to effectively manage this work safely and with suitable segregation and management processes.
