Description

The purpose and measure of Pastoral Supervision in this context is to provide chaplains with a supportive process of theological reflection on their ministry in order that they are better equipped personally and professional to fulfil their God-given ministry, to maximise their gifts and talents, and to provide a reflective environment which encourages mutual trust, mutual flourishing, and an assurance of enduring pastoral care for their ministry.
