Description
The Houses of Parliament wishes to procure 1500 - 1600 Event Chairs to maximise our capacity to service large scale and prestigious events at short notice. These will include State visits, and commercial events in Westminster Hall, the Sovereign's Robing Room and the Royal Gallery. The Event Chair must harmonise with and be compatible with the existing event furniture and features on the estate. Whilst the main focus of this tender is the provision of a bulk order of event seating, the product and spare parts should be available for purchase to maintain the collection for a minimum of 10 years. The estimated value of the contract includes the initial bulk purchase and provision for replacements over the period of the contract.
