Description

Gentoo has a number of offices and depots within the boundaries of Sunderland, Houghton, Hetton and Washington - Tyne and Wear.

The Group is currently undertaking a large accommodation review of those offices and depots which requires various parts of the business to move their operations into a more fit-for-purpose premises.

As part of this, a very large number of Gentoo staff, who are currently based at Gentoo Group's Leechmere Depot, will be moving to a new location within the Pallion area of Sunderland.
The site is located within Unit 26, Pallion Industrial Estate, Sunderland, SR4 6SJ.

The site currently serves as premises for a different use and as such, requires an extensive revitalisation and fit-out to modernise the premises and to accommodate its new users.

The scope of the works to be completed includes, but is not limited to, the following:
(a) Demolition/Strip-Out Works;
(b) Brickwork;
(c) Plastering/Partitioning;
(d) Cladding;
(e) Metal Roofing;
(f) Second Fix Joinery;
(g) Decoration;
(h) Flooring;
(i) Tiling;
(j) Mechanical; and
(k) Electrical

It is the intention of Gentoo to appoint one Provider to deliver all works.

It is anticipated that this Tender will go live on or around 14 June and will be issued via the Delta E-Tendering Portal.
