Description

You are invited to tender to deliver the Acolaid Replacement Project Phase 1. The scope of the project includes the (i) development of a future operating model and (ii) compelling business case for change. The Acolaid enterprise case management system is currently used by four directorates and seventeen services, due to the scale and complexity of the system the Council are tendering for an experienced consultancy partner who can demonstrate their success in engaging with diverse stakeholder groups to gather requirements and deliver agile transformation.

Contract value is estimated at circa £100k.
