Description

This Surface Plasmon Resonance System will enable researchers to identify, evaluate, and characterise small molecule fragments, which through structure activity relationship (SAR) to be developed into chemical probes against the primary biological target. The NICR has considerable experience in developing small molecule compounds into validated inhibitors through structure guided drug design, and wishes to augment this capacity with a surface plasmon resonance biosensor system to allow identification and lead optimisation of small molecules chemical probes through the drug development pipeline.
