The estimated contract value of the Provision of Building Cleaning Services for Lot 1 - King Harold is estimated to be between £100,000 - £110,000 per annum and for Lot 2 - Heybridge is estimated to be between £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
No guarantee or commitment as to the initial and future value of any work arising from the contract can be given.
The contract period is for an initial 3 year term with the options to extend for up to 2 years to a maximum contract period of 5 years subject to the performance of the successful supplier.
Supplier visits to both King Harold and Heybridge are strongly recommended. Site visits have been arranged for both schools on 18 August 2020 - 10:00 hrs at King Harold Academy and 15:00hrs at Heybridge.
