Description
Bristol City Council wishes to appoint a provider for the Adolescent Exploitation Service. The service will deliver a specialist adolescent exploitation service to meet the needs of children and young people and their families who have experienced significant extrafamilial harm including exploitation including Sexual Exploitation (SE) and Child Criminal Exploitation (CE) and/or affected by serious violence in the community including radicalisation, to prevent further harm and support recovery.
The service will also offer and undertake statutory return home interviews (RHIs) to children who have been reported missing from home or care to the Police. Children and their families may also require specialist ongoing support to address the identified reasons for going missing, to enable them to make safe choices about not running away from home and coping with difficulties.
