'The Contracting Authority is looking for a suitably qualified cleaning contractor to manage the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, 6 monthly, annual and periodic cleaning requirements to the sites. This may also involve the services relating to window cleaning and consumable items. The Contracting Authorities are looking for a single contractor provision that will be managed, monitored and delivered in line with the standardised output specification.'
