Description

BBC User Experience and Design (UX&D) needs to conduct design research with expert suppliers, through a framework of external service providers. Supplier will conduct design research, both in Qualitative and Quantitative fields, as well as for specialist services, such as children's, sports and news.

BBC UX&D primarily use the service providers to undertake certain project work for the BBC's online products and services.

The initial term of the contract will be for two years with two optional additonal years,
