Description
The Quadient Mail Central system is the corporate desktop mailing solution for the Council. It is an enterprise agreement for desktop mailing within the council and the license covers anyone to use it without any additional cost. It is now a key part of the offering to the Council which allow people to work from home and is used extensively throughout the Council.
The software interfaces with the Quadient OMS-500 system which validates, sorts and barcodes the output to allow fulfilment of the mail item. The annual Servicing agreement is due renewal and will be awarded directly via the CCS framework for Postal Goods, Services and Solutions ref: RM6017
