Description

In 2019 UCL had 25 graduation ceremonies, comprising over 12,000 students, over 20,000 guests and over 500 members of academic staff. It is anticipated that these numbers will increase over the next few years as the student body continues to grow.

UCL is looking to engage with a Supplier to provide photography and filming services and robe hire at all graduation ceremonies in 2020 (with the potential for a one year extension). This contract opportunity is divided into the following lots:

(a) Lot 1 - Graduation Gown Hire and Purchases - UCL is looking to engage a supplier to provide a hire service for student and academic staff gowns for all graduation ceremonies in 2020 in the first instance (with the potential to extend for one year).
(b) Lot 2 - Graduation Photography and Filming Services - UCL is looking to engage with a supplier to provide photography and filming services at all graduation ceremonies in 2020 (with the potential to extend for one year).

Tenders may be submitted for one, or both lots.

UCL will advertise the Supplier as the official photography and filming company through email and web-based medium. In return for this opportunity, the Supplier and UCL will operate a concession agreement, whereby the supplier will pay UCL a percentage of their earnings for all jobs.

The specification detailing UCL's full requirements is set out in Schedule 5 ("Specification") and should be read before Bidders begin to respond to this ITT.
