Newry, Mourne and Down District Council (NMDDC) currently have 6 Leisure facilities located throughout the district in which 4 of them have a Building Maintenance System (BMS). NMDDC wishes to maintain, service and monitor the Building Maintenance Systems and associated controls installed at Newry Leisure Centre (NLC), Down Leisure Centre (DLC), Newcastle Centre (NEW) and Kilkeel Leisure Centre (KLC).
